• Expert assessment of patients with precise and effective treatment approach.

• Provide excellent customer service and ability to build rapport with clients; face to face and over the phone.

• Provide charts for client’s information and doctor’s treatment order.

• Encode daily and monthly client treatment census.

• Arrange patient’s discharge notes and put profiles in the rehabilitation section records discharged database.

• Provide schedules and follow-up consultations for further evaluation and additional treatment plans.

• Request and pick-up supplies needed in the rehabilitation section.

• Act as a front desk officer in accommodating customers’ inquiries and in doing fee request for the consultation and treatment charges for cash transactions.

• Train and supervise newly hired staffs and volunteers.

• Makes sure that the clinic is clean, safe and organized.

• Maintains the condition of all the therapeutic modalities and equipment in its optimal shape to provide safety for both the staff and the patient.
